Refund Policy

  • Please choose carefully as we do not refund your item if you have changed your mind or if you have ordered the wrong size or product. A refund or replacement will be given for items that arrive damaged or do not match the item that you have ordered. You are protected by Australian consumer law. If you suspect that your item may be damaged {eg damaged packaging or leaky bottles} you must photograph the item BEFORE unpacking and send the photo to us with your name , address and order number to our email address. within 7 days of delivery. The more photo evidence the better.When we receive your email we will asses the damage and  if we agree we will refund or replace the product.We may recquire the product to be returned to us for further assessment If an item has to be returned to us you are responsible for the freight costs. If we have to resend you an item we will pay the costs for it to be resent.
  • All electronic items  have warranties. You must keep your receipt as proof of purchase for your warranty. you must lodge any warranty cards if they apply.
  • We have made every effort to display as close as possible correct colours and images of our products .
